Writer, cook, bushfood advocate, DJ and TV personality Matt Moncrieff, from Carnarvon, is passionate about sharing Indigenous cuisine. A My Kitchen Rules semi-finalist, he champions native ingredients, even inspiring supermarkets to embrace diversity. In 2023, he received the ‘Excellence in Bushfoods and Botanicals Services’ award. Matt’s ventures include native Australian scented candles and a Journey Beyond Rail collaboration. He also educates corporations on native foods and First Nations opportunities in renewable energy.
In this hands on workshop, Matt will use locally sourced native foods and condiments to create modern, easy to cook, easy to incorporate dishes.
